His fire to succeed at doing something he loved completely erupted when he finished his first landscape project in Parry Sound 15 years ago. After building our home in 2005 on a waterfront lot it was time to look at landscaping. Situated on a slope we faced many challenges such as retaining walls and stair treads. So we built our dream cottage with a huge flag stone patio about 20 feet off the ground in 2010. After 6 years, Parry Sound weather takes its toll and the stones shift, they lift, it looks bad and is a tripping hazard. After several contractors looked at the job it seemed like it would be a daunting task - one most seemed uninterested in. Then I got a recommendation to talk to Kyle Lawson, with a grin on his face he said: "I love the hard stuff, that’s what we do!" I knew I found the right guy. He recommended replacing the old style stone with a new saw cut stone, which was a brilliant idea and turned out perfect. I checked references and looked at his work. He started on time and finished on time, on budget and his office help was incredibly professional. I was so impressed it inspired me to take the old patio stones and build a new patio at the dock, among other things...once again, perfect. I know I will use Lawson Landscape for years to come!
